KNIGHTS AID GOD’S ‘SPECIAL CHILDREN’
During the entire weekend of April 25-27, Knights of Columbus Councils from all parts of New Jersey, sponsored a fund drive for God’s Special Children. Funds from this effort will be used for the needs of mentally handicapped children and for organizations such as ARC and the Special Olympics which cater to these needs. Representatives from Council 5410 were stationed at several commercial establishments throughout the weekend, and at various churches. The Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic Men’s Fraternal, Beneficial, Service, Charitable and Patriotic organization in the world, with over 1.7 million members strong.
